Position As part of LVMH / Moët Hennessy, The Glenmorangie Company crafts, distributes and markets two of Scotland’s most acclaimed single malt whiskies; Glenmorangie and Ardbeg. We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented individual on a 6-month fixed term contract to coordinate the development and launch of new products and Point-of-Sale Materials (POSM). Job Responsibilities Support the NPD team in the development and execution of new product launches and Point-of-Sale Materials (POSM) projects Lead the coordination and validation of all product labelling, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and brand guidelines Coordinate project timelines, ensuring all deadlines are met efficiently Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., Marketing, Sales, Production, Legal, Regulatory) and external vendors to ensure seamless project execution Maintain accurate records of project documentation, including specifications, artwork, and approvals Assist in the trialling and testing of Point-of-Sale Materials (POSM) internally and with Intertek Assist in the preparation of presentations and reports for project updates and reviews Monitor and track project budgets Provide general support to the NPD team as needed. Profile Professional/Technical Experience: Project Coordination/Management Experience: Demonstrated experience in coordinating projects, ideally within a product development or Marketing environment. Experience with timelines, deadlines, and keeping projects on track is essential Experience working with cross-functional teams: Proven ability to collaborate effectively with different departments (e.g., Marketing, Sales, Production, Legal, Regulatory) Experience working with external vendors: Experience managing relationships and communication with external suppliers or vendors Knowledge of packaging materials: This a key technical requirement Understanding of product labelling requirements: Experience with product labelling, particularly regarding regulatory compliance and brand guidelines, is crucial Experience with POSM (Point-of-Sale Materials): The role involves testing and trialling POSM, so experience with these materials is key Budget Management: Experience with monitoring and tracking project budgets would be advantageous Data Management and Documentation: Maintaining accurate records and documentation is a key responsibility, so proficiency in relevant software / PC Skills is paramount.
