We're supporting one of our clients, a leading global FinTech, on a ‘Head of Product Risk & Compliance - Emerging Markets’ role.
Reporting to an inspiring senior executive, you will take ownership of the product strategy for Risk, Compliance and FinCrime across multiple emerging regions, ensuring world-class compliance and risk management. Your focus will be on scaling compliant growth in new and high growth markets, working closely with Product to ensure they meet local regulations, are protected against fraud, and building relationships with regulators across each region.
This role is highly strategic, requiring you to define and implement innovative solutions to balance user experience with regulatory requirements. You’ll lead teams that build and enhance products related to financial crime prevention, KYC (know your customer), and transaction monitoring. The successful candidate will have experience navigating diverse regulatory frameworks and the ability to shape policies in collaboration with industry and government stakeholders.
To excel in this role, you’ll need experience in:
* Experience leading Risk and Compliance for a highly regulated Fintech/Financial Services firm
* Experience across multiple international markets and growth
* Experience of cross-functional leadership and collaboration, particularly with product, engineering, compliance and operations teams
* Experience of developing novel solutions and controls to cater to a highly innovative product portfolio in an ever changing landscape
* Experience of navigating international regulatory environments

Level 1 - £115-160k Base + Stock + Benefits
Level 2 - £160-200k Base + Stock + Benefits
