Salary: H4/1 - £24,077 - H4/4 - £24077 pro rata based on actual hours

The Role: Applications are invited for the position of Teaching Assistant (TA)/ Student Support Staff to start from November 2024. Good behaviour management skills, either whole class or with individual pupils, are essential. Experience of working with children is advantageous.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Withdrawal work and 'one to one' for pupil progression;
2. Whole class assistance working with a teacher;
3. Behaviour management of individual pupils and classes of pupils (training will be provided).
Ideal candidates should have experience working with pupils with social, emotional, and mental health difficulties in a mainstream or special school environment, or have worked with children in a different setting.
