Join a dynamic and forward-thinking organisation based in Armagh. This company is going through significant growth, and they are looking for a temporary HR Administrator to support their HR operations and contribute to their ongoing success.
Your new role
As a Temporary HR Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting day-to-day HR operations. Your responsibilities will include:
* Employee onboarding and offboarding, maintaining employee records, assisting with the implementation and administration of HR policies and procedures, and coordinating employee engagement activities.
* You will also be involved in preparing documentation for audits and compliance reviews, record-keeping of employee absences, and payroll preparations.
* In addition to HR administration, you will collect, maintain, and analyse HR data to generate insights and support decision-making. You will prepare regular and ad-hoc HR reports and manage and optimise the Human Resources Information System (HRIS) to ensure data accuracy and system efficiency.
What you'll need to succeed
* Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in HR
* HRIS system experience
* HR data experience
* Proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and present data effectively
* Excellent organisation and time management skills
* High level of attention to detail and accuracy
