The role will involve preparing and setting up facilities for a variety of events, from meetings and workshops to concerts and large-scale events. You'll support the diverse event calendar, ensuring all venue requirements are met. Key holding duties and day-to-day access management will be part of your responsibilities, along with ensuring compliance with Health, Safety, and Fire policies. You'll also handle basic administrative tasks, including reporting and record-keeping.
Welcoming visitors and visiting productions, providing essential information at the stage door, and maintaining the regular upkeep, servicing, and inspection of equipment, furniture, fixtures, and fittings are all part of your role. You'll carry out minor repairs and be the principal point of security for the buildings, monitoring CCTV, signing in visitors, contractors, and productions, and conducting building checks. Supporting visiting contractors and maintaining a safe, welcoming, and presentable environment throughout our buildings will be key aspects of your job. Additionally, you'll be expected to carry out any other reasonable duties as required.
