Due to continued success, TRG are investing in new 360 Recruitment Consultants (both candidate sourcing & client business development) to become our next generation of top billers/business leaders. This role is permanent, full time and based on site at our fantastic Global Head Office in Newcastle! Many of our staff started their career, having never recruited before! Some sales related skills are highly beneficial but not compulsory to be considered here!
You'll be involved in 360 end to end exciting, tech recruitment! Trained to be a high level head hunter, taking expert ownership of your own desk. You'll source, screen, set up job interviews, negotiate & close job offers for mid-senior level specialist IT professionals. Statistically the commission you receive is significantly higher than a generic recruitment role!
You'll follow a clear meritocratic career plan to fairly progress asap. If you hit your target, you're empowered to move up to the next level. Whilst simultaneously working towards luxury incentives including Lunch Club & Trips Abroad!
After training, 10 days 'work from anywhere' is all yours to take advantage of!
What are we looking for?
* Professional, positive, confident phone manner with fluent English
* Ambitious, motivated, competitive, coachable, resilient personality
* Committed to Newcastle Office (5 min walk Central/Monument St.)
* Independent Right to Work in UK (we don't offer visa sponsorship)
* Some Sales skills (e.g. Property, Retail, Hospitality, Call Centre etc
* (Optional) Fluent Nordic, German or Polish fluent language skills
