Position: Self-Employed Sales Advisor
Location: Central Milton Keynes office (with remote work option after 3-6 weeks)
Hours: 2 late shifts per week (until 7 pm), 1 weekend per month (with two weekdays off instead; weekend work does not have to be two consecutive days)
Compensation:
1. Retainer: £1,000 per month
2. OTE: £60,000 per year
3. Top advisors can earn £100,000+

Role Overview:
We are looking for driven and motivated individuals to join our team as Self-Employed Sales Advisors. In this outbound sales role, you will contact warm leads from the largest comparison websites. After an initial induction and approximately 3-6 weeks working from our Milton Keynes office hub, you'll have the flexibility to work fully remotely once compliant. Key Responsibilities:
1. Make outbound calls to warm leads generated from top comparison websites.
2. Engage with potential customers, assess their needs, and recommend appropriate products or services.
3. Build strong relationships to maximize conversions and customer satisfaction.
4. Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets and performance KPIs.
5. Accurately record customer details and outcomes using the CRM system.
6. Maintain a professional attitude, contributing to a positive team culture.

Induction and Training:
Our next induction sessions will be held on:
1. 25th November
2. 9th December
The training will be based at our Milton Keynes hub, where you'll be supported to get up to speed with our processes and products. After approximately 3-6 weeks, once compliant, you will have the opportunity to work fully remotely.
Key Requirements:
1. Proven track record in outbound sales, telesales, or a similar customer-focused role.
2. Strong communication skills, with the ability to quickly build rapport with customers.
3. A self-motivated, target-driven approach.
4. Ability to work independently and manage your own performance.
5. Basic IT skills for CRM system usage and tracking.
6. Flexibility to work two late shifts per week (until 7 pm) and one weekend per month.
7. Previous sales/business development/insurance experience would be ideal but not essential as full training is provided.
