We are looking for a Litigation Paralegal to join our Financial Mis-selling Team in Bolton.
Duties:
1. Manage a litigated case load of 100-250 files.
2. Handle cases from start to finish, ensuring thorough management throughout.
3. Experience in Pre-Litigation.
4. Collaborate with team members and superiors.
5. Be part of a successful team.
6. Receive ongoing support and training as needed.
Experience:
1. LLB and LPC completion is desirable.
2. Minimum of 1 year of litigation experience managing a caseload.
3. Experience in financial mis-selling cases is advantageous.
Key Skills:
1. Strong time management abilities.
2. Proficiency in Excel, Word, Outlook, and other Office applications.
3. Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
4. Organisational skills with great attention to detail.
5. IT proficiency for legal research and case management.
6. Fluency in English.
This position is full-time and permanent, with working hours from 09:00 to 17:30.
