Position: Global Payroll Associate
Salary: £60,000 - £75,000 pro rata if part-time, Incredible benefits including generous pension and fully comprehensive.
Hybrid set up: 3/2 – if full time, ideally 4 days if part-time

Key responsibilities for this Global Payroll Associate position:
* Transmit payroll for employees across the UK, US, EU and APAC regions on bi-weekly or monthly basis
* Ensure accurate calculation and distribution of wages, including regular pay, overtime, bonuses and commissions
* Manage payroll deductions including taxes, benefits and other withholding requirements
* Handle employee mobility arrangements, liaising with tax advisors on cross-border payroll taxes
* Process tax liabilities on share awards accurately through payroll
* Generate and distribute comprehensive payroll reports to key stakeholders
* Provide responsive, professional support to employees regarding payroll queries
* Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy
What background and experience are the company looking for?
* Strong experience in payroll management, particularly a global payroll role covering UK, US, EU and APAC regions
* Proficiency in payroll software and systems (e.g., Pento, ADP and Deel) and advanced Excel skills
* In-depth understanding of payroll laws and regulations across multiple regions
* Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) or equivalent certification preferred
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail
* Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
* Adaptability to changing regulations and working environments
