Department Managers to join our store team in Ryhope Road, Sunderland!

We are looking for Customer Service, Replenishment and Floor Managers to join the team on a permanent basis to support the Store Management team in the running of the store, ensuring that you deliver the best store standards through our teams for our customers.
All roles are full time and require the flexibility to work shifts during the day, evening and weekend.
To be successful in any of our management positions, you will need to be results driven and a team player who thrives in our fast-paced, high energy environment, where no two days are the same!
As part of our Management team, you will:
1. Be enthusiastic and passionate about delivering great customer service
2. Lead by example whilst being a great team player and role model throughout the store
3. Assist the Store Management Team in driving store targets and standards
4. Support the development of all colleagues, ensuring that they understand how career progression is possible through our ‘Step Up’ programme
5. Ensure Health and Safety policies are adhered to in order to provide a safe environment for our colleagues and customers
6. Operate and deliver processes that ensure the store meets all legal requirements
7. Be responsible for reporting and cash office duties where applicable
It is essential that you have:
8. Experience of managing a team, in a fast paced, customer facing environment
9. A flexible approach, ‘can do’ positive attitude and the ability to inspire and motivate
10. Proven success in delivering KPI’s i.e. wage costs, shrinkage etc.
11. Strong commercial awareness within retail
12. Great problem solving skills and decision making credentials
13. Excellent communication, administration and organisational skills
