Pay, Benefits and Culture
We can offer a competitive salary starting from £54,391 with terms and conditions covered by the EDF Nuclear Generation Company Agreement. The starting salary will be dependent on your existing salary, competence, experience and qualifications.

What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll be collaborating with stakeholders across the station as well as central support functions, providing guidance for ensuring team performance is effectively managed. You will also be integral to the delivery of the Hinkley Point B People Plan which will ensure our leaders and people are supported as we transition to transfer.
Other important areas will include ensuring our resilience organisational capability meets with the needs of our business and minimising risk. You will maintain a stable employee relations climate through engagement during a period of significant change, as well as championing diversity and inclusion.
You will support and guide line managers in ensuring that individual and team performance is effectively managed across your business area, in alignment with the company performance management framework and process.
You will also liaise with our performance improvement department regularly to review and ensure development training and associated initiatives are being implemented effectively.
Who You Are
We are looking for someone with experience of working in a progressive HR, people management and unionised environment. With a commercial mind and pragmatic approach, you will deliver high quality HR generalist support.
Demonstrating extensive knowledge and understanding of employment law, reward and talent management, people development, resourcing and ER/engagement, you will coach, influence and challenge managers, while analysing and presenting data to stakeholders in a creative way. We require you to be CIPD qualified or have an equivalent qualification with a HNC as a minimum.
