We have a great opportunity at HMYOI Wetherby to join the education team as our Support & Progression Manager on a Permanent, full-time basis working 37 hours per week.

What the role entails:
As a Support and Progression Manager, you will be guiding young people through the education induction process, supporting them through initial assessments, gathering background information, and creating learning plans. You will manage a caseload of young people through their education journey focusing on planning for release, attending multi-agency meetings, and building relationships with education, training, and employment providers in the community.
