Contract Manager
Salary: £45,000 - £55,000+

Our client is looking for a Contract Manager for an educational contract covering a site in Newcastle. You'll manage a multi-skilled team and coordinate planned, preventative, and reactive maintenance in line with customer budgets.

What does a Contract Manager do:
1. Manage the delivery of FM services, ensuring contractual compliance at all times and delivery in accordance with relevant legislative requirements and procedures that ensure risk is effectively managed.
2. Ensure maintenance is undertaken in accordance with statutory requirements and policies on management of contractors whilst ensuring best value for money.
3. Always ensure contractual compliance and prepare Client performance reports, including, but not limited to, Key Performance Indicators, Property and Maintenance.
4. Manage records in compliance with ISO9001, ISO14001 and company policies and procedures.
5. Ensure maintenance is undertaken in accordance with statutory requirements and policies on management of contractors whilst ensuring best value for money.
What will a Contract Manager need:
1. A degree in a relevant field.
2. Experience of managing a total FM Contract.
3. Considerable budgetary experience.
4. First-class customer service skills are essential, together with a positive outlook and flexible, team-working attitude.
