They are on the lookout for a proactive individual to lead the PPC campaigns and boost performance across various platforms. In this role, you’ll be responsible for creating and implementing strategies that increase customer engagement, drive conversions, and optimise ROI. You’ll take charge of writing engaging ad content, analysing campaign results, and playing a pivotal role in shaping the paid media approach. Plus, you’ll work closely with cross-functional teams in a dynamic, data-driven environment. Responsibilities: Take responsibility for managing PPC campaigns, ensuring they hit performance goals while aligning with customer needs and behaviour. Spot immediate opportunities for improvement and apply quick optimisations to boost PPC performance. Observe active campaigns to learn key techniques and how they are organised. Develop a thorough understanding of existing paid media strategies, tools, and workflows. Consistently execute campaigns that deliver strong results and surpass goals. Enhance and scale non-brand paid search efforts to increase CTR and search impression share. Analyse campaign performance to identify trends and drive ongoing optimisations. Foster growth on new platforms with targeted strategies. Create actionable insights and strategies for tailored landing pages to boost conversions. Broaden paid media initiatives across platforms like social ads, Amazon, and affiliate networks. Design and implement testing strategies for creative assets, audience targeting, and bid adjustments. Deliver regular performance updates, highlighting key insights, test outcomes, and recommended next steps. Work closely with the marketing team to ensure landing pages are optimised for conversions and aligned with campaign goals. What we're looking for: A passion for testing, learning, and innovation. Strong analytical skills to interpret data, identify trends, and make strategic decisions. Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects efficiently. A collaborative mindset with the ability to work cross-functionally towards shared goals. At least 5 years of experience managing PPC campaigns, including Google Ads and Microsoft Ads. Expertise in executing and analysing A/B and multivariate tests. Proficiency in Google Ads, Google Analytics, Microsoft Ads, and Excel/Google Sheets. Experience in shaping creative strategies for performance marketing.
