The Role and What You’ll Do: As an existing ADD or experienced, you are adept in translating a conceptual vision into a physical design solution that’s innovative, dynamic and memorable by flexing your cross-channel design prowess in experiential, integrated campaigns and digital media. You strive to deliver award-winning design solutions that position our agency and brands we work for as the gold standard in our highly competitive industry. You pride yourself as being the consummate collaborator and a proven leader who’s willing to work closely with your work team to deliver brand accurate, pixel-perfect outputs in a very face-paced, high-energy work environment. This position requires someone who is not only passionate about every aspect of design, but also stays up to date on the latest design trends, technology and programs from the newest Adobe tools to the most cutting-edge developments. You obsess over design fundamentals and are constantly challenging yourself and the team to push the boundaries of design. You have experience creating campaigns across a variety of platforms including experiential, branding, identity design, print, digital, social, OOH and more (motion design a plus). We’re looking for someone who thrives in diverse team settings and is experienced in communicating effectively with art directors, project managers, production, account leads and event production. You lead by example with impeccable craft, unwavering time management and unmatched attention to detail. You are cool under pressure and take pride in directing and coaching young designers and creatives to deliver top notch design with tight turns. Play a hands-on role in the delivery of outstanding design, working collaboratively within a cross-disciplinary team and environment with strategists, PR/Comms, Partnerships and Experiential teams, to ensure creative work is on-brand, works hard and stands out amongst the rest. Design from brief to product with the ability to self-manage multiple projects and tight timelines. Proactively research and develop innovative ideas for client brands Successfully advocate your design ideas by confidently presenting to leadership, stakeholders and clients. Articulate and rationalize design decisions with strategic insights. Lead and manage teams of both in-house Designers (across graphic/2D, 3D/Spatial, and digital design) and freelancers, ensuring smart, impactful and effective design work is produced within the timelines, budgets and briefs provided. You Have These: 7-10 years of experience within an ad agency or similar setting A natural curiosity for the unique, the buzz-worthy and the culturally relevant with a willingness to push forward brave, new ideas The optimism to think bigger, the curiosity to dig deeper, and the passion to do better Cross-functional design experience necessary (integrated campaign work, experiential, content, design) The ability to adapt to new ideas, processes, and business problems with ease and enthusiasm Excellent interpersonal communications (written and verbal), creative problem-solving and presentation skills Compassion, empathy and investment in your team, the organization and the work Expert level of proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator and Adobe Creative Suite, along with working knowledge of Powerpoint and Keynote.
