About the Role
* Responsible for the sales team and ensuring that team target is met
* Quota carrying position so you be expected to support with individual contributions
* Monitoring, coaching and training the sales team to deliver exceptional performance
* Able to assess and identify key development areas within the team
* Driving team to achieve target
* Managing all senior deals / Assisting more junior team members through final steps
* Maintaining an understanding of all company products and services
About the Candidate
* Minimum of 3 years sales experience with at least 2 years of which being a team leader
* Must have B2B sales experience and experience of the full sales cycle
* Ability to be able to train/coach/mentor junior salespeople
* Incredible communication and motivating behaviours
* Previous track record of good performance with an understanding of key metrics
