Base pay range
Longleat is seeking an exceptional Head of Marketing Campaigns. We are looking to recruit a creative and driven professional who will be responsible for overseeing the development and execution of marketing campaigns and managing this incredible brand's creative studio to ensure inspirational communication is delivered, both internally and externally! Responsibilities
* Develop and manage integrated marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital advertising (PPC, Social Media), email marketing, print, OOH, and partnerships.
* Define clear campaign objectives, target audiences, key performance indicators (KPIs), and budgets.
* Translate the overall marketing strategy into specific campaign plans, timelines, and deliverables.
* Coordinate across all comms channels, including PR, web, social, email and on-park for all campaign output.
* Oversee the day-to-day execution of marketing campaigns, ensuring timely and on-budget delivery.
* Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., design, content, commercial) and external agencies to create compelling and effective marketing materials.
* Manage and track campaign budgets effectively, ensuring resources are used efficiently.
* Maintain consistent measurement protocols for all campaign activity, on a high frequency basis, building a culture of continuous improvement.
* Recruit, lead and mentor the team, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, continuous improvement and creativity.
* Overall responsibility for design studio output managing design projects from concept to completion, adhering to deadlines and budgets.
Qualifications
* Have a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
* Be a creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative marketing ideas.
* Have a strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including PPC, SEO, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
* Have experience with marketing analytics tools and data interpretation.
* Ideally, have experience working within a visitor attraction or similar type of business.

Your contract
You will be on a permanent full-time contract, with working hours to cover Monday to Friday.
Location: On-site with a hybrid working model.
