As the Registered Care Home Manager, you will oversee the home's day-to-day operations, ensuring the highest standards of care are delivered. You will also manage staff performance, compliance, audits, and budgets, and contribute to continuous improvements in service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead the team to ensure the efficient and effective operation of the home
2. Conduct staff appraisals, manage budgets, and implement policies to maintain high care standards
3. Ensure compliance with CQC regulations and other legal requirements
4. Provide strong leadership, fostering a positive work environment with high morale
5. Conduct regular audits and ensure continuous improvements to service quality
Minimum Requirements:
1. At least 1 year of relevant experience in a care home environment
2. Strong leadership and management skills
3. In-depth knowledge of CQC regulations and compliance
