Network IT is currently recruiting for a Service Relationship Managerto join our client on a 6-month initial contract, which is Outside IR35.
Our client is looking for a contractor with a background in Service Delivery Management, who has a knack for managing relationships with internal and external customers and colleagues. This would suit someone with knowledge of the whole Service Delivery lifecycle, and an ITIL certification would be great.

Ability to work as part of team- emotional intelligence and empathy
Strong numerical and analytical skills- experience of managing projects, contracts and people
