The Medical Assessment Units at The Grange, Nevill Hall Hospital and Ysbyty Ystrad Fawr are looking for enthusiastic Registered Nurse's who aim to deliver patient centred care to the highest standard. The successful candidate's will have excellent communication skills and a commitment to high quality patient focused care.

The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.
Main duties of the job
The range of assigned tasks will be carried out with the highest standard and in accordance with NMC Code of Conduct to support and enable registered nursing staff to provide patient care, which reflects the quality standards and mission of the Health Board.Support the delivery of a comprehensive nursing service including Palliative Care. To contribute to the provision of health care to the people of the Aneurin Bevan University Health Board catchment area by assessing, planning and implementing care for a defined group of provide advice and record details of all necessary interactions. To ensure safe clinically effective care and nursing procedures are carried out and to provide clinical supervision and mentorship to other staff members and pre-registration post holder is responsible for the delivery of basic nursing services to the population.Supervised and supported by the multi-disciplinary team within the ward.
