This is not a HR position this is to work for a recruitment agency hiring HR professionals, we are aiming this advert to those who are currently recruitment consultants or senior recruitment consultants who would like an interesting and different agency role.

This nationwide training, qualifications and recruitment organisation is 350 people strong and has been running for 15 years. The organisation is entrepreneurial, passionate, commercial and at the same time they have a strong sense of social and environmental responsibility.
The recruitment business is growing and seeking someone to lead the way hiring HR professionals into the UK.
The Role
* 360 Recruitment Consultant hiring HR professionals across the spectrum of a HR function including comps and bens, learning and development, talent acquisition, HR information systems, HR business partnering, HR operations, HR Directors, Change management and more.
* The company already run adult education training in the HR space providing HR qualification services and HR training for junior people wanting to enter into HR roles.
* The recruitment team already hire IT professionals into many organisations across the London and Home Counties.
* You will use contacts internally on the candidate and client side to develop a complimentary business line hiring experienced HR professionals into existing and new clients.
* You will be focusing on the perm market in the UK
* You will be carrying out business development activities to pick up new clients for the recruitment business and will be cross trained to sell other service lines to clients who may be more interested in other services, you will then stay in touch with these clients as an account manager and you will transition them to hiring HR professionals via yourself once you have earnt their trust over time.
* You will be doing business development via cold calling and other avenues
The Selling Points
* There is a lot of remote work with this role. You will work in the office 2 days a week on a Tuesday and Thursday. Friday you will finish early. The office is available for anyone wanting to be office based on more days.

You will be working with the existing IT recruitment business as well as the training and qualification teams and bootcamp teams to ensure that you are maximizing the large scale opportunity that this has the potential to be
* You will see this as a chance to break out of the mould of a standard recruitment model and project manage and take charge of a new business area in this exciting market
* You will have the backing of a large business behind you, one that has a strong HR reputation, a company that is viewed by the HR community already as being trustworthy and well reputed, you will not be seen as any other recruitment company when carrying out your BD.
* You will receive commission for any bootcamp hires you help with and also for standard 360 hiring.
* You will be earning up to 36k as a basic salary and a strong commission package.
* Ideally you will be motivated to build this into a division and have a team reporting into you in the longer term and you will attack the role as such, with passion and clear drive.
The Requirements
* You will have perm recruitment experience in a 360 position of at least 2 years
* You will have a strong track record for billings and the acquisition of new clients
* Ideally you will have a good tie to hiring in the HR space, perhaps you have hired HR professionals before, you have sold to HR professionals before, you used to be in HR yourself/ have a CIPD or HR degree. You will not be considered for this role without a strong and obvious connection to the industry as you will be the first person hired into this exciting new market.
* You will have a strong desire to work for a large company, with good processes, structured ways of working, internal policies and procedures, a strong code of ethics and social responsibility
Important things to note
* It is important that you will be able to pass a safer recruitment process. This will involve pre-employment checks, detailed references, looking at any gaps in your employment record, a CRB and DBS check. This is a regulated organisation.
* The time from your offer to start date is likely to be 3 weeks. This means that from application to start date it is likely to take over a month at least.
