Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong engineering background to lead infrastructure projects in Sherford. The role involves managing day-to-day operations, including reviewing construction drawings, scheduling, and overseeing site activities. Responsibilities include:
1. Developing and monitoring project programs.
2. Allocating tasks to teams and ensuring timely material and plant requirements.
3. Liaising with clients and developers, conducting face-to-face meetings, and maintaining strong communication channels.
4. Preparing monthly progress reports, raising technical queries, and ensuring project milestones are met.
5. Leading a close-knit team, fostering a collaborative work environment.
Requirements:
1. Proficient in reading construction drawings.
2. Experience in road, drainage, and heavy earthworks.
3. Client-facing experience with a strong ability to handle meetings and maintain relationships.
4. Ability to manage all aspects of infrastructure projects, including utilities, pump stations, and electrical substations.
