3. Together with the Sales and Marketing team, devise regular campaigns to draw attention to new features and sell new packs and modules to existing clients.
4. Prevent churn by timely positioning calls with clients to understand changing client needs and work closely with the sales and product team to present solutions to client queries.
5. Build a dashboard for internal reporting to confirm renewal statuses, upsell statuses, and client feedback on product and changing client contexts.
6. Report on the performance of the renewal and upsell activities (weekly).
7. Collaborate with other supporting teams to create landing pages personalised by segment, campaign or organisation for the Klea website.
8. Identify the latest digital technologies and current digital trends affecting the industry and integrate that into the overall renewal and upsell strategy.
