About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:
* Managing and negotiating property sales from initial enquiry to completion.
* Building and maintaining strong relationships with vendors, buyers, and solicitors.
* Conducting property viewings and providing expert advice on the local market.
* Generating new business through networking, referrals, and proactive sales
* Conducting market appraisals and valuations to win new instructions.
* Meeting and exceeding personal and team sales targets.
* Keeping up to date with the local property market trends and legislation.
* Ensuring a high level of customer service at all times.
Requirements:
* Proven experience as a Sales Negotiator within an estate agency (minimum 2 years).
* Strong negotiation and communication skills.
* A results-driven mindset with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
* Knowledge of the Tooting property market is highly desirable.
* Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple transactions simultaneously.
* A valid UK driving licence and access to a car.
