Key Responsibilities
1. Overall responsibility for the operational, commercial and safety performance of a major Key Account Customer (circa £36m revenue) with presence across the United Kingdom
2. Achievement of internal Key Performance Indicators, to include, but not exclusively:
oOrganic growth / revenue
o CUCB profit %
oCash Conversion %
oCustomer Net Promoter Score (cNPS)
oAccident frequency rates
3. To lead by example, motivate and direct team and front line placemakers
4. Ensure that a strong safety culture exists across the contract, with adherence to company processes for risk assessment, training, safe working, accident reporting and investigation (to include root cause analysis)
5. Effective management of customer relationships to ensure regular contact is maintained and service delivery expectations are achieved to contractual levels
6. To strengthen customer relationships to support contract retention and development, successfully negotiating contract extensions wherever possible to retain contracts and protect margins
Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications
7. Degree educated or with equivalent demonstrable industry experience
8. Experience of managing full IFM contracts with volume capital projects above base
9. Experienced operational management professional in a high value facility service environment across multi site portfolios
10. Must be highly numerate, literate and well presented
11. Knowledge of key operational frameworks, e.g., road maps, risk management, planned maintenance systems, quality systems and health & safety legislation.
12. Ability to understand customer requirements and translate them into successful operational solutions
13. Good IT skills (Word, Excel and PowerPoint as a minimum)
