Job Description:
DSV is looking to recruit an Administration Specialist to work with our Fairs & Events team based in Braintree, Essex. This role will provide support to the finance and operations teams and may include international travel to some events to assist our site teams directly. Fairs & Events is a varied and fast-moving environment; the right candidate would be choosing a rewarding career in exhibition logistics.
You must be a committed player within the site administration team, supporting colleagues in all departments to provide enhanced service to customers while maintaining and promoting DSV best practices.
It is preferential to have at least 1 year of experience in either a finance or logistics environment. Some experience within finance (basic invoicing knowledge and credit control) would be an advantage, and while a background in logistics is desirable, it is not essential.

* Assistance with customer invoicing processes as well as location KPIs.
* Assistance with card payments.

* Work on-site at some events to support the operations team with administration duties (direct customer facing).

Skills and Competencies
* Good organization skills and effective time management.
* Methodical and able to sustain a task until completion.
* IT literate in Microsoft Office.
* Problem solving.
