* Financially managing asuite of projects and complete reporting requirements for thoseprojects
Working with key stakeholders and supporting lineleaders in the preparation and completion of financialforecasts Partnering with the Project teams to understand andanalyse budgets and variances, and to challenge the assumptionsmade in order to identify financial risks andopportunities Preparing of financial reporting by pulling andvalidating data from a variety ofsources Ensuring projects are fully compliant with the BAESystems Operational Framework and Finance Policies Manual tosatisfy all Internal Controlrequirements Proactively seek to improve local processes andworking practices to drive efficiencies across the team and widerbusiness

Essential:
* Experience or educationin Accounting orFinance
Strong user of Excel to include Pivot Tables,VLOOKUPs Confidence in communicating with multiplestakeholders

The Finance team: We are looking for a Project Finance Analyst tojoin our finance team in the Electronic System division. Working aspart of an Integrated Project team, you will be responsible for agroup of projects within a business area, providing the financialcontrol, reporting, and supporting the project teams to delivertheir financialcommitments. You will be joining a developed team ofself-starters, high team spirited, energetic and diligentindividuals. This team consist of 6 individuals, and you willreport to the Assistant Financial Controller. You will have theopportunity to work with varied stakeholders within the division,working closely with the Project team, and participate in variousprojects. This role gives you an opportunity to cater the growthfor a commercial finance career with support towards additionallearning and qualifications.
