I have an amazing opportunity for an administrator with excellent organisation skills and previous experience using CRM systems to join a highly successful and growing business. This role is pivotal to the success and continued growth of the business, and you will be responsible for Order Processing, making sure all the customers licence renewals are kept up to date, assisting the sales and marketing team with scheduling meetings etc. A key part of this role is CRM Management, making sure everything in the CRM is up to date so that accurate customer reports can be generated.
