Bank Physiotherapist General - Springfield Hospital - Bank Hours
The role
The Physiotherapy Department offers a seven-day in-patient service and our workload includes an orthopaedic case load with some surgical and medical patients. We also offer an outpatient service managing post-operative orthopaedic and general musculoskeletal caseloads, women's health patients, respiratory and vestibular rehabilitation. The department has seven treatment rooms all with air conditioning and a well-equipped gym.
We are seeking an enthusiastic Physiotherapist to join our bank support team to work at our hospital. The successful candidate will be based with the inpatient team delivering weekend treatment to patients on the ward.
Where you'll be based
Springfield Hospital provides a wide range of services including Surgery, Medicine, Oncology, Plastic and Cosmetic surgery, and Paediatrics. We are continually introducing new technology to ensure we provide the best experience for our patients and support for our hard-working teams.
Springfield Hospital opened in 1987 and is one of Essex's leading private hospitals. It is a 64-bedded hospital all with en suite facilities, with parent and child rooms, a 14-bed Day unit, and a high dependency unit.
What you'll bring with you
* Relevant degree in Physiotherapy
* Current HCPC Registration
* Current member of the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy
* Computer literate and able to use Microsoft Office
* Minimum one year experience in in-patient orthopaedics
* Available for weekend working
