The Role As a VDA Estimator, you will: Use Audatex software to assess vehicle damage and accurately calculate repair costs Liaise with insurance engineers and customers to ensure smooth communication and resolution Create precise damage assessments in line with BSI PAS 10125 standards and manufacturer specifications Plan and manage workloads efficiently to meet service level agreements (SLAs) Maintain high-quality standards in a fast-paced environment Work both independently and collaboratively within a team Strive for professionalism, accuracy, and customer satisfaction at every stage What We’re Looking For Proven experience as a VDA in an accident repair environment Confidence using Audatex for damage assessment Strong organisational skills to manage workload effectively Ability to work to high standards in a fast-paced setting Knowledge of manufacturer specifications and repair method A flexible, team-oriented approach with a customer-focused mindset Experience estimating commercial vehicle damage (preferred) ATA qualification in Estimating (desirable) – we support renewals and continued training Why Join Us?
