Detailed Job Description and Main Responsibilities
To work alongside the lead midwife for recruitment and retention to supporting the MSW workforce. This role will be predominantly working in the clinical setting alongside the MSW workforce.
You will be a role model for the MSW workforce and be required to demonstrate the Trust Values at all times.

Education
Essential Criteria
* GCSE Maths and English grade A-C / Functional Skills level 2
* Foundation Degree with midwifery pathway (completed at least 1st year)
* Care certificate
Experience
Essential Criteria
* Minimum 12 months experience of working within UK maternity services
* Experience working as an MSW in both the inpatient and outpatient environment
* Evidence of displaying Trust values at all times
