The Registered Manager Key Responsibilities: Oversee the day-to-day operations, ensuring the delivery of high-quality person-centred care services. Safely grow the business and increase the number of hours delivered from the branch. Lead and motivate a small team, providing guidance, support and training to ensure they deliver care that meets the unique needs of each individual. Maintain compliance with regulatory standards and ensure adherence to company policies and procedures. Build and maintain relationships with clients, their families and external stakeholders to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction. Monitor and evaluate care plans, making adjustments as necessary to ensure the delivery of personalised and effective care. Implement quality assurance measures to drive service improvements and maintain the company's reputation for excellence. The Registered Manager Candidate: Registered Manager with a proven track record in adult domiciliary care. Compassion, empathy, and a genuine desire to improve the lives of others. Extensive experience in managing and leading a team, with a focus on promoting a supportive and inclusive work environment. In-depth knowledge of CQC regulations, legislation and best practices in adult domiciliary care. Strong understanding of person-centred care principles and the ability to apply them in a practical setting. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills, with the ability to build rapport and collaborate with diverse stakeholders. The Registered Manager Package: Salary up to £40,000.
