Responsibilities
1. Provide shipping and collection invoices and other relevant documents for importing.
2. Arrange collections and replacement equipment worldwide.
3. Liaise with technicians and customers over call-outs and inspections.
4. Receive calls from customers and external offices worldwide.
5. Provide repair quotations.
6. Responsible for servicing of equipment for a major customer.
7. Provide weekly Teams support for customers.
8. Maintain and provide databases to technicians worldwide.
9. Update systems with serial numbers of replacement components.
10. Generate and distribute daily customer reports.
11. Coordinate S&M and replacement parts requirements with overseas service centres.
