Main duties of the job Our service user is preparing to transition home from the hospital to live with his loving family, and we require a dedicated team in place to ensure his smooth return. He is a laid-back and sociable boy who loves lots of cuddles and interaction, creating great connections with those around him. His favourite activities are listening to rock music, watching Mr Tumble and exploring his favourite toys - especially his musical bells. Your role? To be an expert in his care. * Registered Nurse actively practicing with a valid NMC Pin for a minimum of 12 months.
* Experience in delivering clinical care to children, including :
* Tracheostomy care
