Our client are a specialists within their field and based in County Durham, who are looking for 4 labourers who are looking for the opportunity to grow and develop new skill sets and learn in areas like lime plastering, structural repairs and heritage masonry and repairs. They offer bespoke, in-house training to their existing team, some of which who have been in the business for 18 years which demonstrates how they value their team. Site Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM Pay: £14.35 to £18.00 Additional Pay: Minimum £25 working away, as well as loyalty and performance bonuses throughout the year. Overtime for Saturday and Sunday working. Uniform & PPE Provided: Company branded uniform, including outerwear, and all necessary Personal Protective Equipment. Your Role: As a Labourer, you will play a vital part in ensuring quality work on site while collaborating with a fantastic team. Your contributions will help us complete contracts efficiently and effectively. Essential Requirements: Ability to work in all weather conditions Confidence with trowel skills Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines Willingness to work outside the North East and stay away when required Good understanding of Health & Safety practises Flexible working hours and a desire to do overtime (including weekends) A courteous, professional attitude Current CSCS card Drive with own transport is a must Desirable Skills: IPAF Asbestos Experience using relevant equipment, plant, and machinery Interest in structural repairs and stone restoration Experience in trailer towing Adecco acts as an employment agency for permanent recruitment and an employment business for the supply of temporary workers.
