The Role The position involves joining a dynamic team and managing a diverse Civil Litigation caseload, with a primary focus on Personal Injury matters. Candidates must have proven experience handling Personal Injury cases and, ideally, a range of other Civil Litigation issues. While guidance will be provided by highly experienced Solicitors, the ability to work independently with minimal supervision is essential. Applicants should demonstrate a commitment to maintaining exceptional client service standards while meeting time recording and billing targets. Familiarity with Debt Recovery and Contentious Probate work is highly desirable. Who You will be a qualified Solicitor or CILEx Lawyer with up to 5PQE, with working knowledge of Personal Injury matters.
