As an expert advisor, you will inspire and guide customers through their home improvement projects. Sales will be important, along with managing stock, setting up displays, and ensuring the store looks great. You’ll have the opportunity to be trained in paint-mixing and cutting timber, but delivering truly great customer service will be your main aim.
What We Need:
1. Happy to help and eager to learn, with a passion for home improvement.
2. Friendly and outgoing, you thrive on helping others.
3. Willingness to expand skills by using new technology and learning new ways of working.
4. Ability to work well in a team and flexibility to work on a rota that includes weekends, evenings, and bank holidays.
