Accounts Manager
M&M Theatrical Productions, the leading provider of Children’s Touring Educational Theatre and Pantomime performances to primary schools across the UK and Ireland, is looking for a motivated sales professional to join our dynamic and successful team.
This role offers a fantastic opportunity for the right candidate to grow within a thriving business. As part of our team, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality theatre experiences to children, many of whom may be experiencing the arts for the first time. You’ll be responsible for driving sales to meet targets and contribute to the ongoing success and expansion of the company.
In this role, the Accounts Manager will report directly to the Senior Account Managers ensuring that all sales activities align with the strategic goals of the company. You will work closely with the Senior Accounts Managers to review progress, receive guidance, and implement sales strategies to drive bookings and meet your targets. Regular updates and performance reviews will be conducted with them to ensure your efforts are contributing to the overall success of the region. Ultimately, you will also answer to the Sales Director, who oversees the department's performance and ensures that the business objectives are being met.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage both inbound and outbound sales and lead generation, working to achieve monthly targets.
* Become an expert in our productions and build long-lasting relationships with both new and existing clients.
* Manage your client database to ensure repeat business and offer a high level of customer service to hit targets.
* Support and aid our Tour Managers to achieve sales targets and grow our business.
Requirements:
* Self-motivated with a proactive attitude.
* 2 years of sales experience.
* Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment.
* Professional telephone manner and impeccable work ethic.
Job Details:
* Job Type: Permanent, based at our Head Office in Ayr, Scotland.
* Salary: £25,000 plus uncapped commission (OTE £30,000+) with additional bonuses.
* Hours: 8:00 am - 5:00 pm, Monday to Friday.
* Holidays: 28 days which are pre-determined to align with our clients' needs.
