Trainee Service Advisor
Salary: £24,000- £26,000 DOE + £30k Annual expected earnings for this trainee customer service position
Hours: 8am - 6pm Monday to Friday + breaks, 1 in 3 Saturday mornings 9am - 1pm (soon to increase to 1 in 4, paid as overtime)
We are currently advertising on behalf of an established, award-winning Motor Trade Dealership who are currently recruiting for a Trainee Service Advisor to assist in their busy Service Department in the Epsom area.
Minimum Requirements:
1. A customer-focused individual with a great attitude and a desire to learn
2. Excellent communication and organisational skills
3. Enthusiasm for the automotive industry (no prior dealership experience required)
4. A passion for providing top-tier customer service and working as part of a team
Responsibilities:
1. Provide exceptional customer service both in-person and via phone
2. Assist with the coordination of vehicle servicing and repairs
3. Communicate with customers about vehicle updates, repairs, and additional work required
4. Handle inbound customer inquiries and manage call-backs
5. Assist with parts ordering, vehicle check-out preparation, and customer follow-up
6. Support the team with complaint resolution and administrative tasks
Salary: Up to £26,000 with OTE of circa £30,000.
