We specialise in the design, supply, and installation of a wide range of prefabricated energy solutions, typically built in NI and shipped throughout the UK & Europe. We also offer turnkey design, build, and operate solutions for commercial energy centres and large-scale district heating solutions and have experience with successfully procuring and delivering many similar packages to a wide range of public bodies throughout UK & Europe.
Role Overview:Due to continued growth, we are looking to integrate a Production Co-Ordinator to support our growing manufacturing and assembly team in our Scarva 1 and report back to Banbridge HQ. This post is permanent contract. It is an amazing opportunity for a candidate that wants to gain experience with a progressive and dynamic company to further their career.
The Production Co-Ordinator is responsible for ensuring materials are available for any works taking place in this yard and that any pipework/frames are inspected when returned from a subcontractor and updated as received on Fieldview (training provided).

Key Responsibilities
Generate picking lists & co-ordinate with stores for timely delivery. (See new procedure from Warehouse app)
Ensure fabrication & assembly drawings are issued to Sub-Contractors and recorded on drawing release schedule & master schedule.
Ensure drawings are approved by Contracts in a timely manner and advise Document Control when ready for issue to subcontractor.
Provide Daily & Weekly KPI information (details defined for each site).
Update Process progress on Field View on a daily basis as back up to site supervisor.
Provide information to enable the development & maintenance of production plans by Planner
Attendance at & engagement with daily morning Fabrication & Assembly Meeting
Chase shortages from CMRs. (See new procedure from Warehouse app)
Organising transport to & from galvanising sub-contractors in conjunction with others.
Attendance at improvement meetings & completion of actions which arise from these.
Resolve technical escalations on shopfloor from Site Supervisor.
Act as a deputy to the Site Supervisor in his absence.
Co-ordinate transfer of painted pipe to assembly area (including organising transport), from both internal paint shop & external sub-contractors, including providing schedule to sub-contractor and managing the adherence to that schedule.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Essential Criteria:
3 years’ experience within a role completing similar duties.
Being able to read and understand assembly and schematic drawings.
Proficient with the use of IT equipment & systems.
Full UK Driving licence.
Desirable Criteria:
Relevant certifications (e.g., NVQ in construction, CSR) are advantageous.
