Job overview
The post holder will provide a competent administrative service and will be required to have a robust knowledge of the outsourcing process. They will ensure the efficient delivery of administration tasks and support the Specialty Coordinator and wider clerical team, deputizing for the Specialty Coordinator as required.
Main duties of the job
By joining our team, you will contribute to the provision of an effective secretarial service, providing comprehensive organizational and secretarial support to the consultants and team, as well as communicating with external healthcare services. This includes typing clinical and general correspondence and handling telephone inquiries.
