Key Responsibilities:
1. Scheduling and coordinating care staff to ensure service users receive the best support.
2. Handling inquiries from clients, families, and staff with professionalism and empathy.
3. Maintaining accurate records, care plans, and documentation in line with regulations.
4. Supporting recruitment, onboarding, and training processes.
5. Ensuring compliance with CQC standards and company policies.
6. Managing rotas, timesheets, and liaising with payroll.
What We’re Looking For:
1. Previous experience in care coordination, administration, or a similar role.
2. Strong communication and organizational skills.
3. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and problem-solve effectively.
4. Knowledge of care regulations and safeguarding procedures.
5. Proficiency in using care management systems (desirable but not essential).
