Permanent - Full Time – 40 Hours
An exciting opportunity has arisen within our growing business for a Site Manager, based in Hunstanton on our extra-care facility.
As our Site Manager, you will report directly to our Project Manager and be responsible for leading on our build programmes to the agreed timescales, ensuring adherence with Health and Safety regulations and delivering a first-class quality product.
Developing positive relationships with both internal and external customers and clients, you will have a strong focus on Service Delivery and Client satisfaction against project KPI’s.
The ideal candidate will have previous commercial build experience coupled with sound knowledge of Building Regulations and NHBC requirements. Quality and Health & Safety standards are paramount, and you must be knowledgeable on Temporary Works Procedures and have a well rounded level of IT skills to enable you to operate effectively within our integrated management systems.
We are looking for an assertive and confident individual who is proactive, flexible and able to take ownership for their work, combined with the ability to develop strong management and communication skills.
