Job Description
* Complete data entry of customer orders and returns in a timely manner.
* Provide efficient and effective resolution to customer queries.
* Handle incoming calls and emails from customers with professionalism and courtesy.
* Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
* Record customer interactions and transactions for future reference.
* Assist in the development of customer service procedures and standards.
* Perform other duties as assigned by the Customer Service Manager.

A successful Customer Service Officer should have:
