What’s involved?
As Duty Manager you will be responsible for managing the daily operations of the front office including nights whilst supporting other key areas such as the restaurant when required. You will follow all the food safety, licensing and health & Safety policies, as well handling any guest requirements, special requests and complaints plus maintain consistent standards throughout your shift.
Requirements?
Looking for an all-rounder who has proven knowledge and experience of hotel Front office either at a Senior or Supervisor level and with F&B would be advantageous. Also experience of Rezlynx/Guestline would be preferred but training can be provided.
