About the Role
This is a fantastic opportunity to join our Broadband Technical Team as a Customer Service Advisor. You'll be responsible for providing excellent customer service and resolving technical issues over the phone.
Your Key Responsibilities
* Provide exceptional customer service and respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner
* Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with broadband products and services
* Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure customer issues are resolved efficiently
