What we are looking for:
The successful candidate will have:
• An HR qualification Certificate in Personnel Practice (CPP) or other relevant qualification, or a Level 3 (or above) HR qualification, or equivalent experience.
• A good awareness and understanding of People administration, to ensure compliance with regulation and procedures
• Previous school experience
• Experience managing payroll authorisation and submission procedures
• The ability to prioritise and organise workloads to tight and changing deadlines
