Location: Ballymena
Hours of Work: 37.5 hours per week (reasonable flexibility required)
Salary & Benefits: £23,000 - £25,000 OTE; potential earnings up to £29,000; Reward & Recognition Scheme; Private Healthcare; Life Assurance & Pension

About the Role
We are looking for a passionate and experienced Key Account Specialist to join our team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for developing, organising, and managing our services to ensure maximum efficiency and client satisfaction. You’ll work alongside a supportive team dedicated to setting new standards in client care and innovative service delivery.
What You’ll Be Doing
Recruitment:
* Work closely with clients to understand role requirements, organisational culture, and assignment specifics
* Source and recruit candidates aligned with client needs and resourcing targets
* Create and implement targeted recruitment strategies
* Conduct interviews and assess candidates’ skills according to client specifications
* Register candidates in full compliance with legal standards and eligibility to work
* Provide client-specific training, such as manual handling and onboarding inductions
* Manage onboarding details, including assignment briefs and handbooks
Client Management:
* Partner with the Branch Manager and Senior Account Specialist to develop service delivery solutions
* Regularly review performance with clients to identify areas for improvement
* Ensure consistent, high-quality service delivery according to client SLAs
* Prepare and provide management information and reporting as required
* Issue and review Client Satisfaction surveys to drive continuous improvement
* Maintain open communication with clients and address feedback promptly
* Keep detailed records and organise systems to ensure accuracy and efficiency
* Oversee candidate payroll, ensuring timely and accurate payment processing
* Support temporary workers with guidance on performance, attendance, and career development
* Conduct appraisals and reviews, and lead investigation meetings for issues that arise
* Issue Candidate Satisfaction surveys to understand and enhance worker experience
Compliance Management:
* Uphold strict adherence to legal standards, company policies, and ethical practices
* Comply with statutory health and safety requirements
* Conduct monthly Branch Quality Audits
* Carry out Client Ethical and Customer Audits as necessary
What We’re Looking For
Must-Haves:
* At least 6 months’ experience in account management or recruitment services
* GCSEs in English and Maths at grade A-C or equivalent
* Desirable: Business Administration Level 3 qualification
