In depth experience of working with patients who present with high levels risk. Working collaboratively within a multi-disciplinary team. Collaboratively care planning with patients. Experience leading a clinical team in an acute environment. The role will involve, but not be limited to you performing the above. What youll need: Registered Mental Health Nurse Minimum of 18 months experience post qualifying Completed Practice Supervisor course Completed supervision training Computer skills Completed Practice Assessor course. Evidence of CPD *Depending on the Trust, you may require variable additional certification and skills.
