* Managing and resolving complex employee relations issues
* Developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
* Supporting the management team in performance management processes
* Reducing short term sickness absence and handling the processes within that
* Writing policies
* Change management
* Benefit reviews
* Ensuring regulatory compliance pertaining to HR
* Providing day-to-day performance management guidance
* Working closely with management and employees to improve work relationships
* Conducting regular meetings with respective business units
* Providing HR policy guidance and interpretation
Profile
A successful Senior HR Advisor should have:
1. CIPD qualified
2. Private sector experience
3. Previous experience within a senior HR position.
